interpack 2023 will be held from May 4th to 10th, 2023 in Dusseldorf, Germany. As the world's largest, most influential and professional trade fair for the packaging industry and related process industries, more than 2,670 exhibitors from over 60 countries and regions worldwide will demonstrate on mainly packaging materials, packaging machines and related process technology for the food, beverage, confectionery, bakery, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, non-food and industrial goods sectors.
Provol Packaging Technology（Cangzhou) Co. Ltd will showcase two latest F-series packaging machine models: FF-210-C8 (Flexible Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machine), FP-430L-I1 (Flexible Pre-made Bag Fill-Seal Packaging Machine).
F-series packaging machines have high-performance in terms of flexible change-over, stability, speed and efficiency, thanks to the state-of-the-art designs in overall frame, control system and safety standard etc.
Highlights of FF-210-C8 (Flexible Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machine)
- Higher Throughput: 180-200 PPM (pouch per minute). The machine realizes continuous motion filling with up to 8 filling hoppers.
- More Flexible: the machine includes three independent-driven modules: film unwinding, pouch forming, filling. This makes production from film roll motion to pre-made pouch filling motion flexibly. Feeding speed and flow can be adjusted according to requirements.
Highlights of FP-430L-I1 (Flexible Pre-made Bag Fill-Seal Packaging Machine)
- Wide Format Range: product weight from 500g-20kg, bag width from 170-430mm.
- High Throughput: 40-45 ppm for product weight from 1-5kg.
- Compact Footprint: cycle chain structure for less floor footprint with more reserved functions.
- Flexible and Quick Changeover: feeding speed and material flow can be adjusted according to production requirements.
